Countryside HS Drum Line performs with the Golden Cougar Marching Band during the fall season and performs in an Indoor Percussion Ensemble during the winter season. The drum line has a long history of award winning seasons and has received many straight superiors with the marching band.

The Staff
Vince Purrulli - (Band Director) Vince comes to us from Land O' Lakes HS and is the 2nd
Band Director ever to teach at Countryside HS. Vince is Alumni of Countryside HS and USF.
James Gray - (Drum Arranger, Drum Tech) This is the forth year James has been with Countryside.
James has marched with Suncoast Sound, Spirit of Atlanta, and has taught many Bay area lines.
Keaton Chandler-Autrey - (Drum Tech) This is Keaton's second year teaching with Countryside.
He is currently going to SPC, and works at Sunglass Hut in Countryside Mall, he is also now the Drum instructor of East Lake High School.
Jo Ann Drysdale - (Drum Line Liaison) This is the forth year Jo Ann has been the Liaison for the
Marching and Winter Drum Line. Jo Ann's efforts has helped us get to the level we are at today.
